Welcome to Mind Body Spirit Yoga!

Yoga is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.  Pam Peterson and her staff of registered yoga teachers have been helping students in Medford to enhance their physical as well as emotional health since 2001.  Classes are taught to small groups and privately to individuals.  The studio is closed for live classes but is offering online streaming classes you can watch from home.  

Mind Body Spirit Yoga online started in October of 2019.  The site has videos for all levels including chair yoga and audios of live studio classes. It is streaming service similar to Netflix...students pay a monthly subscription of only $15 for unlimited access to videos and audios to watch from anywhere and at any time.   Pam also creates online classes tailored to individual businesses who want a special class for their employees and clients.  Current clients purchase yoga classes designed for people with special needs and those in assisted living environments.  These classes bring yoga right to the student so they can get the important benefits of yoga from a trusted yoga teacher with experience.  Mind Body Spirit online also offers memberships for businesses who offer wellness programs for employees.  Yoga helps their employees stay motivated, active and addresses their emotions.

Meet Pam!

 

Pam Peterson

 

Our Staff have all been trained in Yoga Alliance Certified 200 Hour Programs. They are all certified and registered with Yoga Alliance.

Pam Peterson has been a Certified and Registered Yoga Teacher with the National Yoga Alliance since 2003. She has trained with the Satchinanda Yoga Center in Evanston, Illinois; SunMoon Yoga in Mankato, Minnesota and yearly with Midwest Yoga. Pam has trained with many yoga teachers and school over the years. She has been teaching yoga in Medford since 2001 and owns Mind Body Spirit Yoga and Wellness.

Kathy Hemer as a Family Nurse Practioner, Kathy has been intrigued with the concept of exercise as medicine and found many health benefits with yoga. After being a yoga student for 20 years, she decided to become a certified yoga teacher and hopes to introduce students to many types of yoga. She has studied Hatha, vinyasa and power yoga at SunMoon Yoga Studio.
